I have been at the Tower Motel for over 4 years and it is quiet and a well-kept property. , It is a place for couples without kids (because there is no place for them to play) and single adults. The manager takes care of any issues quickly and cautious of who they let stay here , and when I first moved here I met a resident that has been here for 9 years . :-)
I was getting ready to retire from Reynolds so I sold my house in HotSprings,stayed here a year. Everyone was like family, even the owners So quiet and peaceful Hated to leave But my home is N.C. (Titu/Paula you guys)...
I have lived here for 3 years and the owner Mrs. Paula has been nothing but fair and kind a lovely young business owner and loving wife and mother to her children. Constantly see her and her husband working on the property fixing and maintaining there business. And if you need anything she or her husband responds promptly. This negative review is nonsense these people are kind yet fair. Love them.
The motel owners are so awesome and polite! The place is clean and spacious. Also the whole court is nice and quiet. If you stay here you can use the laundry for free!! Also there is free WiFi

Nice,small, and quiet place more so for seniors on a fixed income. Kinda hidden, no constant traffic... a little hid away of sort. The few people I met were nice and friendly and some just stayed to themselves. Maybe good for a couple but not a family.
